Capital Sign Solutions recently completed new signage for the Metropolitan, an apartment complex located in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina. The exterior phase of their signage package includes one set of halo lit channel letters, a halo lit logo sign, and leasing banners.
The new signage signals a fresh start for the Metropolitan. In 2017, while the Metropolitan was still under construction, a massive fire broke out, destroying the building and causing an estimated $50 million in damages. (The cause of the fire is still unknown). Now almost completely rebuilt, the Metropolitan is set to open its doors in early 2019. Capital Sign Solutions is currently working on the interior phase of this project – more to come!
